Oh JTS...

So last week, the JTS server and e-mail was down. I thought that maybe I just needed to change my password (which apparently you needed to do every 6 months under the old e-mail system).


I e-mailed them because I did not remember my old password so I could not get even close to the system to be able to change it to anything else. I have it set up that my JTS mail automatically gets forwarded into my gmail account. I guess that is like most things- when you don't use it, you lose it.

So below is the response that I received from JTS. So glad that they "solved" the problem. (The problem was solved 4 days later).

Solution:Currently the system is down.
